Marinate steak in ½ cup Drew’s Organic Shiitake Ginger Dressing & Quick Marinade for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, sauté onions in a sauté pan over medium heat in olive oil until caramelized. Set onions aside. Heat grill to medium high. Oil grill grates. Grill steak until desired doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Toast baguette halves. Assemble sandwiches by topping steak slices with caramelized onions then blue cheese crumbles. Serve and Enjoy!
