Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with tinfoil. Place potatoes, onion and Drew’s Organic Classic Italian Dressing in a large bowl and toss to coat. Spread potatoes and onions onto the baking sheet. Roast potatoes for 20 minutes, then flip and roast an additional 10-15 minutes until potatoes are tender and lightly browned. Serve.
