Add steak and Drew’s Organic French Dressing and Quick Marinade, to a large resealable bag. Marinate for at least one hour, longer if possible.
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Clean and lightly oil grates. Discard marinade. Place steak on the grill over direct heat. Grill until desired doneness, flipping halfway through cooking time. Remove steak from grill and let rest 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, add mixed greens to a large serving platter (or individual plates, if not serving family style). Top with tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, crunchy chickpeas and red onion. Place steak tips on top (or on the side) of salad. Serve with additional Drew’s Organic French Dressing and Quick Marinade.

- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
- ½ cup crunchy sea salt chickpeas
- ½ red onion, diced
